ACCIDENT SERIES

The 10th in Kishin Shinoyama’s Accidents book series looking at desire, in which Japanese photographer Kishin Shinoyama documents Ami Koitabashi. The photos feel like Ami’s turn-of-the-millennium diary, and form part of Shinoyama’s long-running series which was published by Asahi Press in the late 1990s.

This special selection for Heaven was curated by Isabella Burley and CLIMAX BOOKS, an online distributor of specialist materials she founded in 2020.
